Shipping policy

DELIVERY & PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Our standard shipping time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email (and/or SMS, if provided) containing your tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier.

If you need help with tracking or have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your order number:

You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel it via our contact form. Once this period has passed, a refund can only be issued after the order has been returned to our facilities in full.


UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and deliverable shipping address. novasense-usa.store is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Any additional costs resulting from an undeliverable address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after checkout or after receiving your order confirmation, you must inform NOVA within 2 hours of placing your order at contact@email-support.store


DELIVERY POLICY FOR PACKAGES MARKED “DELIVERED”

At novasense-usa.store, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely. However, once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility if the package is later reported as not received.

If your package shows as Delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address you provided at checkout.

  2. Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, building office, with neighbors, etc.).

  3. Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, Evri) with your tracking number for detailed delivery information.

  4. File a claim with the carrier if the package cannot be located. Most carriers offer compensation for lost or undelivered items.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier. By completing your purchase, you agree to these shipping and delivery terms.
