2. Products & Orders

All products offered on our Store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Out-of-stock items
  • Fraudulent orders
  • Violations of these Terms of Service
  • Orders placed by minors without parental consent

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full purchase price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You agree to pay any fees or charges incurred by us due to declined payments or chargebacks.

4. VIP Subscription

novasense-usa.store offers a VIP membership for $29.99/month. Your first charge occurs 20 days after your initial purchase, and is then billed monthly to your original payment method on a recurring basis. Your VIP subscription grants you access to exclusive products, member-only pricing, and early access to new releases.

You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time by emailing contact@email-support.store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

novasense-usa.store reserves the right to modify VIP pricing or benefits with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the VIP membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via standard carrier (3–7 business days delivery). Express shipping options are available at checkout.

novasense-usa.store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. International shipping is not currently available.

6. Returns & Refunds

novasense-usa.store offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@email-support.store with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Opened, partially used, or damaged products may be ineligible for refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on novasense-usa.store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of novasense-usa.store and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, novasense-usa.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our Store or products. This includes but is not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or business interruption.

Your sole and exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the amount paid for the product or service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
